The 3rd Session of the 11th National People's Congress and the 3rd Session of the 11th National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the People's Republic of China will begin on March 5 and March 3 respectively. The Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as of today, February 2, 2009, starts to accept applications of foreign correspondents in Hong Kong. Applicants are kindly requested to send their CV,color passport-size digital photographs and background information of the agency they represent to the Commissioner's Office (42, Kennedy Road, Hong Kong) before Saturday, February 20, 2010. The Commissioner's Office shall notify the relevant correspondents once the applications are approved.

Information of collecting Press Cards for the NPC and CPPCC sessions can be found at  www.npc.gov.cn/pc/11_3,   www.cppcc.people.com.cn and ipc.fmprc.gov.cn. The Information Center for the NPC and CPPCC sessions is located at the Media Center, 11B, Fuxing Road, Beijing.
