The 16th Asian Games will kick off in Guangzhou on Nov. 12, 2010. In order to facilitate journalists' coverage of the preparation work of the Games, the Information Office of the State Council, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council will jointly organize a reporting tour of the 30-day countdown to the Games from Oct. 12-13, 2010. Enclosed is the tentative itinerary.
You are kindly reminded to pay for the round-trip air tickets and accommodation in Guangzhou. The organizer will bear the expenses of local transportation and catering.
