Chinese Citizens on the Diamond Princess Will Take Chartered Flights Back to Hong Kong

Passengers have started disembarking from the Diamond Princess in batches on Feb. 19. Directed by the Central Government of China, and coordinated by the Chinese Embassy in Japan, the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China in the HKSAR and the HKSAR Government, Chinese citizens aboard will take chartered flights arranged by the HKSAR Government back to Hong Kong. The first flight is due to take off from the Tokyo International Airport at 1:45 AM on Feb. 20.
