Commissioner Lu met with visiting  Icelandic President H.E. Olafur Ragnar Grimsson and his delegation. President Grimsson just concluded his trip to Shanghai for the special Olypmics opening ceremony. Commissioner Lu and President Grimsson exchanged views on Hong Kong's development

and the expanding bilateral ties between China and Iceland.Commissioner Lu also informed the delegation on Hong Kong's positive developments since the handover and that "One country, two systems" is an acclaimed success.  Commissioner Lu expressed appreciation for President Grimsson's dedication and enthusiasm towards helping people with physical or intellecutal disabilities.
