On October 30, 2008, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Hongbo met in the Foreign Ministry with a delegation headed by Norwegian State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Raymond Johansen, who was here for the 11th China-Norway round-table conference on human rights and judicature as well as the political consultations between the two countries. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral relations, as well as other issues of common concern.
