On November 17, 2008, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Li Hui met in the Foreign Ministry with a visiting delegation, led by Olav Gunnar Ballo, vice president of the Odelsting (Lower House) of the Norwegian Parliament. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral ties and other issues of common concern.
