On January 10, 2013, Commissioner Song Zhe met with Daniel Owassa, Ambassador of Congo (Brazzaville), Amel Kovacevic, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Matsepang Sekhokoane, Charge D’affaires ad interim of Lesotho to China. The two sides had warm and cordial conversation. Commissioner Song Zhe gave an introduction on Hong Kong’s successful experience of implementing “one country, two systems”, expressing hope that all countries will continue to develop various cooperation with Hong Kong in the context of the overall bilateral relations.
