Commissioner Liu Guangyuan Met Outgoing CG of Israel

On 10 August 2021, Commissioner Liu Guangyuan met with outgoing CG of Israel Ms Ahuva Spieler Reshef.

Commissioner Liu exchanged views with CG Reshef on China-Israel relations and Hong Kong-Israel cooperation. He commended CG Reshef for her contributions to cultural exchanges and economic cooperation between Israel and the HKSAR during her tenure in Hong Kong, and encouraged Israel to seize opportunities from the development of China for mutual prosperity.

CG Reshef thanked the Commissioner’s Office for support and assistance rendered to her. She also reiterated the commitment of the Consulate General to focusing on practical cooperation between Israel and the HKSAR and making contributions to friendly exchanges of Israel with Hong Kong and China as a whole in various sectors.
