On 21 October 2021, Commissioner Liu Guangyuan received a courtesy call from new CG of Nigeria Mr Adebayo Emmanuel Adeyemi and issued the exequatur to him. Commissioner Liu exchanged views with the CG on China-Nigeria relations and Hong Kong-Nigeria cooperation.
